Manufacturing Process
Lab Created Ruby is produced using two advanced crystal-growing methods.
The Flame Fusion Process creates ruby crystals quickly by combining aluminum oxide with chromium at high temperatures. This method produces gemstones with excellent color and clarity.
The Flux Growth Process is slower and allows crystals to develop gradually in a molten flux solution. As a result, Flux-grown rubies have crystal growth characteristics that closely resemble natural ruby.
